1 /5 Emma Roy: I was extremely hopeful when I started this program but now, halfway through, they have mishandled my payments on 3 ACCOUNTS. I had never had a late payment on my credit and came to them for help to keep my credit in good standing while I navigated some debts. I NOW HAVE 3 LATE PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT - THEY HAVE SAID IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR END BUT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME DISPUTE THIS OR EVEN COMMUNICATE TO THE CC COMPANY THAT IT WAS THEIR ERROR.
This is not a company that cares about whether or not they are helping you. They do not stand on their “values” or “mission”, they get you signed up and if you have issues from there then good luck. If they make the issue worse, it’s not their problem, it’s yours. There are plenty of other companies out there, don’t use this one.
