5 /5 Georgia Jones: These people are awesome caring and compassionate, I been a member since 1997, and I love the servicing to all my accounts and I applaud the management as well as all the friendly tellers and most of all Margie, who specializes in the loan dept. The smiling faces and courtesies extended are so welcoming, but most of all I can count on Financial Plus when circumstances get tight and I need some help and they have never let me down. Thank you all for excellent service. I will always be a loyal member.

5 /5 Thomas Lee: I was having an issues with my account having a alert that prevented me from applying for a loan. I had been told that only the operations department could delete the alert. Normally that wouldnt have been a huge issue except I was in dire need for the money. I felt as if the issue wasnt being taken as serious as I would have liked it to be taken. Then Margie Perez stepped in! Margie went above and beyond for me. She called several different departments until she got the help we needed! The alert was lifted only because of Margies persistence. I felt like she wanted to help because she did. We discussed her philosophy on helping people and its simple but evidently not easy. She treats everyone as if she wanted to be treated! I think anyone in customer service should have this outlook. You never know what someone is going through. God Bless you Margie!! Because of you only my faith is restored in Financial Plus!
