1 /5 Jozeph: Only person that is professional in there is Anthony. Every one else in there including the bank manager run this place like the show "THE OFFICE" More important to talk and discuss their personal lives with each other instead of waiting on customers. Also have the attitude of fast food chains with employees that dont really want to be there. I have many accounts at different banks and this place is the worst. I avoid going in there until I need to make deposit I give them 1 star out of 10, not 1 star out of 5

2 /5 Kali Charmaine Thompson: I had called early this morning to try to get my account back opened up. I was told had to see an bank teller so arrived at the bank at 9:25 this morning and was sitting there for a bout and hour and half or longer waiting. There was an couple that had appointments at 10 am but they didn’t come until around like 9:55am. When came to be my turn the bank teller Anthony Thomas did absolutely nothing but asked for my ID and then handed me a card with a number to call. To remind you I’ve been going to this bank on @ 9691 Telegraph Road for awhile in Taylor Mi 48180. I most definitely will not be returning to this location. Especially since the person that always took care of me which was Kenna. Other then that I never had any problems until today. It was an inconvenience for me.

1 /5 Matthew Toups: Got a loan check from my retirement account in the mail yesterday. Deposited by Mobile long before time for next day available funds. Wake up this morning to check account balance don’t see the funds. Contact the online Customer Service through the app, they say a hold was placed on the funds and can’t be removed. I said if you check my account, I’m a disabled Veteran who works for the federal government and this was a loan check from my retirement account and I needed the funds now. They said no matter what hold couldn’t be removed, and I just had to wait for them to release MY funds. When I said I will close my account, and find a new lender for my VA Home Loan. Online Rep said No you won’t, and it doesn’t matter if we lose a customer.

2 /5 Mr. Nice Guy: I went into this Bank and was attended by a cashier who was sick as a dog. Now I am sick also. Thank you 5th 3rd. Stay home when youre sick.
