Instead, Mr. Atherton has been neglectful and unresponsive. This situation is frustrating and regrettable and could have been avoided with simple communication.

1 /5 James: I wouldnt recommend this company to do taxes. Im sorry, but the last three years there seems to be a different problem. Honestly Im not sure why, but they either dont care, they only care about their money fee or they have messed up and dont know what they are doing.
