Gerry Scott One of tellers, Kayla Phillips, at the main branch on Michigan Ave has completely changed the atmosphere there from what I would call stodgy to one of friendliness. This has made a significant difference in the interplay between customers and clients. She is always smiling and is very sharp. She keeps tabs on my account and will notify me with concerns or balance issue. She I believe has made a positive impact on the other tellers, Laurie and Terry. The branch manager Amy also is first class.
