When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it. Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.

Mz. Cash Was waiting to use the atm at this location because the outside location was not accepting cash. As I proceed to walk in I was met by a young lady who asked me if I could give her 2 minutes because her co- worker some tall Caucasian women had to come in so they could open up. I’m leaving this review at 8:58, I was at the location at approximately 8:30ish this would not have been a problem had I not exited my car before the “coworker” did to enter the bank. Very unprofessional and nasty.
