3 /5 Paul Nuoffer: awesome as a daily bank and the app is great and we use direct deposit but when we asked for a mortgage we were forced to do the process online. Ive been with CFCU for 20years and have always respected how they could be both personal and personable but I guess these days you cant just stop in and ask to buy a house. they make you go online and fill out a bunch of crap that should be handled easily by a loan officer at a desk in an office. you should already have half the information needed right there in front of you when you have my account pulled up.
It was not a pleasant experience getting a mortgage online, and were hip to doing everything online these days
