5 /5 Janine K: I had an appointment with Luna and she was wonderful with assisting me in setting up a business account with them. She wished me many blessings for my LLC and if I needed anything, to stop back in and talk to her. Both Nicole and another teller acknowledged me when I came in and thanked me for my patience. I only had to wait 5 minutes for Luna to finish up with an elderly customer, which I don’t mind. Be advised that this branch is extremely busy and there are only 4 employees! From the 48 minutes I was there, around 26 customers came inside. Be patient with them.

1 /5 Mark Olson: This has to be the worst branch in the company. O needed to ad beneficiary to my account. I had all the information the woman needed to ad them to my account. She refused to even look at the info I had. I went to to the branch in livonia and the young lady there completed it in a matter of minutes. I dont know whats going on at this branch but I am done with them. I only hope the plymouth rd office doesnt become like this place.

1 /5 N R: Beware of Citizens policy, they will charge you on your accounts monthly, statements etc. They charged us to transfer IRA from their bank. Credit card doesnt protect consumers but sellers!

1 /5 Saketa Bonner: I visited this bank on Thursday. I was patiently waiting for my checks to deposit, I went inside because the atm inside and outside were broken! I simply told the teller I want to see if my check was deposited, the teller said " no, I dont see any deposit, your account is negative....." I was super embarrassed and told her I dont need a balance but thanks, but she had already blurted out the details of my account. That was highly inappropriate and violated my right to privacy, most people ask do you want a print out of your balance, not this lady she offended and embarrassed me! Ill be filing a complaint and never returning to this location on wayne rd!

1 /5 Pates Katherine “Katie”: Ive been banking here for years, and now all of the sudden they switched the debit cards from Visa to Mastercard. This has been a HUGE inconvenience to me, seeing I now have to update my card information on all my online payments for bills and shopping. I might as well find a new bank at this point since Im being forced to change all my card information on everything
