5 /5 Karen Magee: Ive always had a good experience with this bank! Everyone is friendly and helpful! I just got off the phone, I had a question about my account and the banker B (name withheld for security reasons) was so very kind and helpful regarding solving my issue and answering my questions.

1 /5 vic armaly: I went to Citizens Bank today, the ATM didn’t work, so I walked inside and the lights were turned off, and the bank manager told me that they At lunch for an hour, is this a joke? I have never heard of a bank shutting down so the employees could all take a break the same time, citizens Bank really went to the dogs, now I have to check out other banks to go and do business with that don’t take breaks like Huntington bank, Comerica, or Bank of America

1 /5 Larry Swanson: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT CITIZENS BANK! I received a promotional offer in the mail from Citizens to open a checking account and savings account. So, I opened these accounts, only to have them be closed within days -- without warning and without ANY explanation from the bank. An associate took a guess as to why my accounts had been closed; one of them said they would find out why and give me an explanation by calling me on the phone -- they never called. The associates were generally unsympathetic as well, offering no sincere apologies. Why was I given the offer if my accounts were just going to be closed? Why were they closed? Why wasnt I called back? Why is no explanation forthcoming from the bank? Anyway, this is a bush league operation. Stay away.

1 /5 Murff Jr: I went to this location to get another card and the woman just ignored the fact I was just sitting waiting for over 15 minutes until finally someone finally said something. The bank was completely empty.

1 /5 Rio Lackey: WHAT YOU NEED TOO KNOW about this corporation and bank. I was treated like they are racist at this branch and I believe the employees at this branch are truly racist. Their atm stole $500 from me and it still has not been put back in my account. Do not bank with citizens CLOSE your account.Everyone at this branch is a racist.
