With her assistance, I successfully opened a credit card and received a lot of valuable financial guidance! I am very grateful for her help! Meeting her, I am fortunate! She the most friendly, efficient banker Ive ever encountered! I cannot begin to explain how helpful she was today! She went above and beyond to provide the highest level of service and always with a smile.

5 /5 Travis: Mr. Y. Mr. Y, the Teller working with me on a cashiers check situation because I was about to be 5 months behind on my auto loan and it was out for repo. Mr. Y. and I had quite a pleasant conversation. I asked about his name and he told me hes from Iraq and a first generation American. (Lovely guy). I asked him how he got to the states and he explained how he flew from Amman to Chicago and it took 12 hours. I told him about the time I flew from Amman to the states while in the service and how I stopped in Germany, Chicago, and Finally Flint, but it took me 52 hours. I told him about how much I loved Jordan. Everything except the flies. It was quite pleasant. Ms./Mrs. G. I then worked with Senior Banker Ms/Mrs. G as my next step to rescuing my car. She asked about my situation and we worked our way through it. She asked if I could guess where her family is from. I got it wrong, but she said India and I think 2nd generation American. Also incredibly cool. I got to tell her about my ideas and my business dream and she gave me her advice and card for when I am ready for a business account. She then told me about how I could pay my car loan easier with the app and theyd pay me $300 on a deal to open an account with terms (reasonable to my sitch). I agreed and all I needed to do was deposit $100 that day. Easy. ATM in the room and then back to Mr. Y. I have not had such a wonderful time with the banking industry.
