2 /5 Joe C: I have been a client of Randys for several years. He has done a fantastic job until recently. Randy has been notifying clients that he is starting the process of retiring, and the level of service I have experienced since then has significantly declined. Other staff at his office seem unable to fulfill simple requests and the level of quality client interaction has is almost non-existent anymore. I would have recommended this office in the past but unfortunately cannot do so anymore.

2 /5 Snow Queen: I had a inheritance IRA which Randy took care of for my father ....Randy told me he was going to retirer and my IRA value wasnt high enough for him to continoue with his company .... So he wanted me to move on .... I had NO help what so ever....explaining this IRA and How to remove my funds from his company ....Many many times when I called he wouldnt answer for a week and then acted like I was bothing him RANDY ..might be ok for someone that had ALLOT of money to invest and if he likes you .... But he acted VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....and rude to me personally and I did have a pretty large amount of investment value with him . He is not a straight forth person in my oppinion . Jackson investment is a much bigger company and more professional.

They are absolutely brilliant and I’m so impressed with their financial experience with budgeting and retirement guidance. Highly recommend this financial advisory firm to anyone serious about preparing for their future!

1 /5 Milo Janis: Randy put in as little effort as possible to help me transfer from one IRA to another. I didnt really want to transfer anything, but he left me no choice. Why? Because he said my nearly $50,000 account was too small for him to mess with, and he was going to force me to close it out, anyway. What an arrogant person. I have to have my 2024 taxes redone now because he told me that if I didnt take any money out of the IRA in 2024, I didnt have to claim anything. Well, Ive since discovered that I had to take whats known as an RMD for 2024. So the there most certainly will be taxes due on that RMD. You may think Im a hater. Thats not true. But arent these circumstances exactly why you retain a financial advisor?? I got no useful advice from this guy at all. Ashley, his secretary, does most of his work. At least, she did where my account was concerned. My financial advice, FWIW, would be to invest elsewhere. Steer clear of this place. Youve been warned.....

5 /5 Lyman Thompson: I think AGFS is a great company and serves its clientele extremely well. They make it easy to access them for any questions or help needed and have face to face meetings which I believe is very important. Their success has shown this. I have been with them for many years and will continue for many more because of who they are and what they represent.
