2 /5 Kalen Hein: While Ms. Vishnefski began our attorney-client relationship with strong communication and professionalism, this level of service significantly declined over time. I paid an additional fee for her to handle another legal matter, but following a court appearance, she confused me with another client who shared my profession and was going through a similar case. This raised serious concerns about her grasp of the specifics of my case, particularly regarding the private discussions that took place with the ADA.
After that incident, I attempted to contact her in November and again in March regarding my original case, but received no response. It wasn’t until April that she finally replied, at which point I was informed she was withdrawing from my case. While she did refund my remaining balance, this abrupt termination has left me with minimal time to secure new legal representation ahead of an upcoming court date. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my case, the breakdown in communication, and the lack of professional responsibility.
