1 /5 Alex Newell: Our ring has had issue after issue with diamonds falling out and arms breaking on it, it has become clear it is of low quality. Weve spent more on repairs than I ever paid for the ring just to have the failures in the structure of the ring continue and Van Normans has refused replacement of the ring or refund. Money would have been better spent at a higher end jewelry store that makes better quality jewelry.
