5 /5 Music Veins: I bought my Lexus RX from them last year. Dustin was helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He made the whole process quick and easy... (It wasnt anything against tri-parish, as this was my first time doing business with them. But when we test drove the vehicle, we took it to the mechanics garage about a mile and a half up the road. Nothing wrong, solid vehicle. Even the mechanic said, he wished he wouldve known about it. Though, like any vehicle, if you dont maintain it you wont have it.) With that being said, it is still a great car. Upkeep is done regularly. As far as harassment. NEVER! The only time Tri parish has ever called me was when I switched insurance companies. Just to make sure I had the correct coverage. They have not left me disappointed and we will continue to do business with them.

1 /5 Erin Silvernale: I do not normally leave negative reviews and I was hesitant to do so in this case but I feel this needs to be said and hopefully I can prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future. One positive thing I would like to add is that the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I was very pleased with that part of the service. On the other hand, the car we purchased has had nothing but issues since being purchased. Within two weeks the alternator was replaced after the car battery died while driving to Texas. After that multiple sensors went out and now the catalytic converter. It seems really odd to me that all of these things went wrong and continue to go wrong but the car didnt have any known issues when purchasing except for a knock sensor, which we did replace. I feel like we were tricked into purchasing what seemed to be too good to be true deal and in reality, it was too good to be true because now it has been a very expensive fix with tow trucks and replacing multiple parts. Very disappointed. It is understandable that used cars can have issues but in this case it has been an absolute nightmare with non stop issues. I hope that if you are selling vehicles that have major issues and not disclosing these issues that you think about how it impacts the buyer. Especially when its for a college student who is on a tight budget and desperately needs a reliable vehicle...

1 /5 Tracy Hayes: Keep All Your Receipts. Keep Track Of Your Money You Give Them For Anything. This place is a rip off for real. Buying Cars And Trucks At An Auto Auction That Need Work That They Do NOT Perform. Harassment Over The Phone For Money They Already Collected. I Have Contacted The Better Business Bureau and The IRS on them just this last week. They better have their Ts Crossed and Their Is Dotted Correctly.
