5 /5 Sonya Ayeee: I give the staff at Tower Loan 5 stars, 10 stars if I could because they are that great! My experience went smoothly and Ms. Tammy was very nice and professional. I was in and out in no time. She took care of my needs and advised me of other ways to make my financial situation less stressful. The whole staff at the Monroe location are always friendly, especially the young lady at the front desk, Ms. Odie! I refer all my family and friends to Tower Loan. 1 /5 Margaretnette Smith: Got approved for a loan from one worker one day . And denied another day by a manger.. I get a check and my wife is over my check.. well they took down her stuff saying she had to be on my loan cause she was over my check.. well it came back her credit was poor. So the only lady trying to help me told me I had to get the check in my name.. so I knew I had a appointment with SSI office so I did just that . They told me I had to come back tomorrow and I will have the taken care of . Well me being me I call Miss Pamela back to communicate with her to let her know that Ill have the paperwork we need tomorrow miss Pamela went on lunch instead of them letting me wait to talk to her they took the call and said that they were denying me because of my wifes credit.. I said well I did not apply with my wife I applied alone yall told me she only had to be on there because she was over my check now she is not over my check so whats the problem.. so the lady I was on the phone with proceed to transfer me over to the manager and the manager spoke and said that why arent you going to Texas with your wife because that is whats going on my wife has moved back to Texas and Im not going with her she was asking personal questions about why arent you going with your wife whats going on she was acting more like a marriage counselor instead of a loan consultant
