1 /5 Mike Letinger: I’m writing this review on behalf of grandma she came and got a loan here because they sent her a check in the mail and she was struggling at the time so she cashed it against her better judgment. Her identity was stolen and she lost access to her Social Security checks for three months I went and spoke with Erica and so did she to work something out unfortunately, it was more entertaining for Erica and her crew to submit my grandmother‘s information to the courts, and now she has been sued unfortunately, they came and took away her only transportation, and they laughed in her face when she tried to go in in reason with them whoever owns this company is a POS that’s a shark. Karma always comes back so keep the car & do what you gotta.

1 /5 Carolyn Cannon Warren: Horrible experience I got sick with an aneurysm. They called me everyday even when I explain to them I could not speak because I tubes down my throat. They decided to garnish my wages for 2378. When I was I owed 600 on March 27, 2025. They are liars. They do bad business and then they try to cheat their clients.

1 /5 Liva: My experience with Tower Loan was deeply frustrating and left me feeling deceived. I encountered misleading information about fees and interest rates-it felt like a classic bait and switch tactic. Worse than that was the consistently rude and dismissive attitude from their staff. I think a manager helps drive the vibe of a place & Erica should do better. Also the entirely of Tower Loan is garbage.
