1 /5 Rosemary Lecompte: I would never recommend him as a lawyer not even for a speeding ticket. Very unprofessional, didnt show up for court dates. His son was calling him on several court dates telling him to come to court on my behalf that the judge wanted him there for me. I could hear him on the phone saying he wasnt going. The judge didnt believe me that I had an attorney many times because he wasnt there. Imagine telling the judge your lawyer is in his office and refuses to come to court. I was stunned and confused. That was very unprofessional. But I was 5000 into it. Seems like he needs to go back to law school better yet quit law. He has no clue how to present a case. I gave him 5000 to do nothing. He is a crook at the finest. Forgot a court date and I had a bench warrant on me for that .. then told the judge some sad excuse and blamed it on me to recall it and left me to go by myself and it was his lack. I had no credibility with the judge being represented. He also
Pulled up a background of every name that was similar to mine and said ,see this is what they are holding against you. Seems like a scare tactic. I told him that wasnt me. Trying to scare me into hiring him and he would take care of everything.. that was a lie he just took my money . This was the worst lawyer I had ever seen in my life. I tried to fire him and get my money back because he was doing nothing but as I went and wrote a letter saying that he showed me a video for my case and said dont worry about it .Then went to court and had witnesses for the defense there. Then the next court date ,he told the judge he didnt represent me without telling me he was going to say that. He never gave me anything back. He has a lot of drama with him. Talk to you one way and act another. Was talking very vaguely to me and my husband in consultation. I should have listened to my gut to never hire him but he kept insisting he could win my case. It is a very very hard lesson to learn . He ran for judge a few years back. I am so glad he didnt get it. The corruption that would be unleashed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this scammer.
