1 /5 ann F: Not great at communicating. I paid over 5k to have one case handled that pretty much resolved. Which is fine and expected. I just thought that would have earned me a little respect as a client, but I went back to this firm to handle an estate case and was told they forgot about me when I followed up a month later. I paid a consultation fee for this second case. If they weren’t going to do it, they could have told me then. Now it’s been more than 2 months, and I haven’t heard anything after 2 more follow up emails. So if your matter is urgent and you value communication and transparency, be weary, maybe go somewhere else.
