1 /5 Ms. Regina Guy: One thing about one of the attorneys in that office is if she really don’t want to help you she will jack the price up so high, you don’t have to do that ma’am all you had to say was I don’t want to help you because of whatever, I am so tickled at how people call their selves handling business. I am good, and everything concerning me will be good without your help She know exactly who she is, she called and asked me why did I write a bad review, so that people can be careful if they choose to deal with you, but I recommend them not to deal with you though.. 1 /5 Rose Valdez: I am not happy with Michelle Cook,she explained it to me the process for chapter 7 and 13,If i do chapter 13 then everything all my debt it will be cleared,But then she told me just pay 379 dlr process fee,after that,she wrote down a 598dlr a month for 60 months thats monthly payment to them??Like Im so stupid not to figured it out, thats almost 35000 thousand dollars in 60 months.My English is not that good good,but I am pretty sure, I can figure it out about the money.Make sure to pay attention everyone.

She allowed me all the time i needed to fully understand my options and was very patient and thorough with all the questions I asked. She truly helped me navigate through what I thought was an impossible situation. I even had to call back several times because I had more questions and she was available right away. I cannot tell you how much help her and her team were. Thank you Mrs. Michele Cook for all of your help in ensuring that I got the best outcome possible. She is truly amazing at what she does!

1 /5 Terry Farris: I feel like they werent honest with me. I was told one thing when I filed and then was told different when I wanted to do what they said was a possible. I think they were trying to get more money out of me. I contacted them about the problem but was told they did everything right and they didnt make any effort to rectify the situation. I consulted and filed with a different Attorney and feel much more comfortable.
