1 /5 Monica Galfre: I am so frustrated with the CAD department, on my last cad they lost my stones and today to make a simple halo pendant they charged $340.39 cad cam fee plus $99 plus $150 sketch fee. Are you kidding? its a 6mm halo pendant they already sell on their site. I am not impressed will never ever use their CAD overpriced service ever again.

We had a comedy of errors for some reason. I had to re-order the ring 3 times. In the end, I spoke with a manager who went throgh the order history and he apologized and said, "we will make this right!" They certainly did. My client is now engaged and they are so happy with the end results. When I originally set up an account, it was with Matthew Stuller. Such a fine individual! I can go on about other companies but that would be a little distasteful lol But please belive me, this is where you want to be !
