Stephen Rue is an amazing attorney who gets the job done! Our previous attorney literally did not get anything done in a 6 month period on our case. Stephen Rue did not waste any time, on the first court date with Rue Law Firm representing my son, within a couple of hours he had all of our requests for paternity, custody, visitation and a bogus TRO resolved and put my first grandson in my arms the same day! Mr. Rue cares about his clients and will get the job done! Our only regret is not calling him first! He is worth every penny spent! He put the "Rue" on them!!! Thank you Rue Law Firm!

My ex husband had passed away and I had hired two attorneys prior trying to find a peaceful resolution with my oldest son, I had previously given full custody to my ex-husband before he died and my son wanted to live on his own and didnt feel I loved him. I (wasted thousands of dollars on the first two lawyers) and could not come to a resolution but I called Stephen he took action and made sure the appropriate action was taken and made sure there were no further problems in the future ending with an amicable agreement in a very emotional situation and for that I am thankful to have him by my side the entire time I was going through this because my case was very personal and emotional. He is my super hero without a cape! He is very familiar with the law, all of the important people, and along with his extensive knowledge of the law he also took extra care and consideration into my case, he accepted me like family and most importantly he was my friend, he cared, and he was was there, he showed up for me in court with and without me and took action like I had never seen before. Stephen has a reputation all on his on and is worthy as he gets results and gets the job done. I would not have been free from a very difficult risky situation. He saved me. 1 /5 Ashley Reed: I hired Steven Rue to defend me in a criminal case. The witness recanted her testimony and Steven told me he would call her to the stand. Her testimony would have kept me out of prison. The day of court she waited downstairs for 5 hours and he never called her to testify on my behalf. I paid him $5,000.00 and he did absolutely nothing. I ended up serving 19 months in prison due to his incompetence. Do not hire this attorney. He refused to give me a refund as well. I have filed a formal bar complaint against him as well.
