Kelley Taylor I an very disappointed in the professionalism or lack there of from the financial institution. In addition to the temp secretary who was not properly trained to manage peoples savings and investments, Mr. Hebert spoke ill of a relative and her financial decisions to a complete stranger. Your slogan is "Maybe we should talk." Thats not supposed to mean its ok to speak to people about confidential information.

Amy Folse Pam was very friendly and helpful. She really did care about my situation. Easy to contact, and answered and explained every question that I had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to use thier services.
