1 /5 Rashanda Ray: Ive been calling I really need emergency assistance. They tell me they dont have funds. I have six and about to be evicted I couldnt afford my rent this month kids went back to school August 8th. The landlord doesnt even want to try to work with me until I see if I can come up with the money. So I called them to see if they an help. I wish I never did because they never have funds. No I dont know what because the shelter they say its only for domestic abuse. This town has nothing offer.
2 /5 Nikou N: Every time you call there’s never any “funds” for assistance or they ran out of spots. They help their close friends and family only, been here all my life total waste of building or need someone in charge who will actually help our community.

Well, I am now tracking all the way up to Senator, writing a nice letter, followed by phone calls, on This money drain, shell organization. They are discriminatory as well.
1 /5 Ellen Sheldon: Total waste of space, Ive reported them once to the state already, and am in the process of doing it again. When you go they say they have no funds, but, people go after you and the funds magically appear. The state needs to cut funding until they can find a non-biased organization to distribute the funds fairly. Meaning that you shouldnt have to know someone to get help.

Theresa Manuel Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.
