1 /5 Tommie Hicks: This bank does not care at all about its customers. They nickel and dime you with fees for every single thing.

1 /5 Scottie Sorrell: Worst bank in the universe! Lobby closes at 2, and every time I try and deposit money into my moms account for her they find some ridiculous issue with the check. Dont they want money deposits??? You are better off stuffing your money in a mattress.

5 /5 NIMER RHINEE “RHINEE”: I just can’t believe that no one in the world did not want to see something so special inside of me no one did not even try to believe in me and the most killing part I didn’t believe in myself I didn’t believe in me but last but not least there was someone who believe in me when I didn’t believe myself and that was Christ Jesus himself thank you Lord for protecting and taking care of me and my children and putting my children in our new home that’s paid for we are a homebuyer owners

5 /5 Riley Davidson: I can not think of anything that St. Landry Bank & Trust Company can improve on for the future. I highly recommend their services to both family and friends. In addition, I will continue to use their services in the future because being prompt is key in the banking industry.

1 /5 Ms. T: I have been with them for over ten years and up until recently, everything was great. As far as operations goes, they are great. But their customer service has really declined. Tellers have nasty attitudes and do not want to help resolve issues. I can remember calling about an issue and I offered to send the lady a copy of what I was seeing and she refused to even try to look up what I was seeing then she hung the phone up in my face as I was talking. Someone from this bank called me about an issue and cut me off as I was trying to explain. Just today, a teller caught an attitude with me because I couldnt hear what she said on the intercom. Honestly they are a great bank for operations but the customer service is no longer of the quality it used to be. Update: I am no longer a customer. One of the best decisions I ever made
