1 /5 Ms. T: I have been with them for over ten years and up until recently, everything was great. As far as operations goes, they are great. But their customer service has really declined. Tellers have nasty attitudes and do not want to help resolve issues. I can remember calling about an issue and I offered to send the lady a copy of what I was seeing and she refused to even try to look up what I was seeing then she hung the phone up in my face as I was talking. Someone from this bank called me about an issue and cut me off as I was trying to explain. Just today, a teller caught an attitude with me because I couldnt hear what she said on the intercom. Honestly they are a great bank for operations but the customer service is no longer of the quality it used to be.
