1 /5 Briana Alexander: Hired and paid Mr. Spears in full to represent my father and was told upon paying that he would have us in trial within 6 months and released in a year. Well let’s just say it’s been close to 2 years and I barely hear anything from him and even when calling his office no calls are returned. I’ve received multiple messages about people “calling him” so to reach out to his office or email. Yet you don’t get a response. Of course any lawyer is busy, but I would refrain from making promises that aren’t being kept. No updates, no communication, etc. I would not waste my time again. At this point you can’t even contact the office or anything because the calls don’t go through.
