1 /5 L Gilla: The staff members at this company in Monroe, LA are very clueless and incompetent. They are unable to answer any questions regarding policies that they receive monthly premiums for. The manager never return calls and the female person that answers the phone is very RUDE! I wouldn’t let my pet monkey do business with this company. Run away fast people! Do business with an insurance company that you can actually speak to a competent person and a company you can trust when it comes to management and payments of your final needs.

1 /5 Shatoria Wilson: My experience here has been horrible. I have receipts of payments made for 3 straight months..but was told they had no record. Then someone confirmed that I did indeed make the payments and the supervisor would get back with me. No one got back with me. I have tried on several occasions to contact them, no one returned my call. I also called the 1800 number to no avail. I am extremely disappointed in this insurance company and would never ever recommend anyone to do business with them.
