1 /5 Eliza Riley: This was a deeply disappointing attorney experience. I hired her to handle my divorce case, paying an upfront fee, which is standard. However, the problems began when she submitted my case to the wrong court, causing unnecessary delays and expenses. Even more concerning, her paralegal mistakenly included me in an email chain with another client, exposing sensitive information. Despite my repeated requests to correct this, it took weeks to resolve. What was truly unacceptable is that after I decided to terminate her services due to her errors, she continued working on my case without my consent, depleting the remaining funds and then demanding additional payment. Only when I threatened legal action to recover the funds she should have returned did she cease her demands. This experience was marked by a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise against working with this attorney. In response: Rest assured, I have the correct attorneys office, and I have all the evidence I need regarding my experience.
