1 /5 Natalie Puckett: Worst customer service experience Ive ever dealt with. When you set up payment dates they call and bug you knowing youve already stated a date for the payment. Yes I know its a loan, but I dont need to be called 20x a day to be reminded of the loan. The collections agent had the balls to try and argue with me about when to make a payment. Sorry money doesnt fall from trees and I cant pay you every day you call!

1 /5 Crystal Reed: Theyre not professional at all I walked in they asked how they could help. Didnt asked me to go to a desk to sit and out of 3 people working not one ever stood up. They just yelled my business across the room. Not like it wasnt personal business or anything. I would not ever recommend anyone to do business with them.
