1 /5 Tiffany Jewell: Yall lock my card so many times that its ridiculous I whats even more ridiculous is that whenever I call to unlock it it doesnt work so then I have to go over there to waste gas and my time because I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room just to unlock it a simple press of a button. 1 /5 hageranthony1: Its a zero rated bank in my opinion. Because I sent money to my sisters account from cash app then they closed her account for no reason at all. I went in to talk to the manager and she said that it was against the bank policy for me to send money to my sister from cashapp. Its real messed up that my son uses cashapp with this bank but I cant I dont understand why is this so. The manager refuse to let my money be deposited on my sisters account and closed her account for no reason. My opinion is the bank manager is stealing money from people
