1 /5 Risa Aycock: They are absolutely horrible, it’s better to go without than to consider using them for anything! I would not recommend them to anyone! They have no communication skills, she is rude, manipulative and vindictive, charges whatever she wants and refuses to give any explanation, just completely disregards the legal limits regarding fees. I’m filing a complaint and doing my best to warn others so they don’t become victims of this place or PaPa Joe’s Auto Sales.

1 /5 Micheal Williams: Terrible customer service got a car from them a little over 2 years ago had oil problems the first week we got it they told us 3 times they fixed the problem (they didn’t) well finally the engine gave up on us and then the warranty didn’t even cover the cost to fix the issue then when I want to turn it back in to them they proceed to tell me there’s nothing they can do other than sell the car for parts and then bill me the difference will NEVER recommend this place to anyone shitties place I’ve ever had to deal with.
