5 /5 Christopher Horton: This is my second time using OneMain financial when one one else would give me a chance, they did. Mrs. P. Scott (branch manager) and Mrs. M. Stafford (assistant manager) both were very nice in assisting me the firs time some 5-6 years ago and my most recent endeavor with them. These young ladies bent over backwards for me to get me what I needed to settle an unruly debt. One man has yet to let me down #THANKFUL

The staff is incompetent, once your application is filled and you call them theyll proceed to waste your time playing phone tag for days because they keep forgetting to get all the needed info. If you get denied they wont tell you why, but that wont stop them from flooding your mailbox with pre-approved offers. AVOID

Needs to learn how to treat people with respect. just because someone applies for a loan does not mean that they are in need of financial assistance. That attitude will not grow a business.
