They were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially with this being my first time using Lucky law firm. The lucky law firm provides a digital Hona link that keeps you updated on your case status. They also provide you a number you can call OR text with any questions or concerns. They are very good and quick with communicating and answering any questions you have and they do their best to get you right. So over all 100/10.
