My only complaint was that it was extremely challenging to get in touch with the agent I was using (she is not a part of the company anymore.) I tried to contact her numerous times throughout my time with her, even leaving voicemails, and my calls were not returned. I understand the firm is extremely busy but I would have liked a phone call back whenever she was available - no matter the time.
