He took my call and listened to me ramble on and on about the problem I needed help with, then gave some good advice for the time being. After that, he went right to work, starting my case for me, and all issues were satisfactorily resolved. I really, really like David, both personally - because hes funny - and professionally. His charges were reasonable and he stayed in touch, keeping me up-to-date on my case. kiki b I had got served papers from my mortgage company by the sheriff department on Friday. This packet of paper work stated that I had to be present in court in June. After calling my mortgage company and calling the lawyers who sent the paperwork I still had no resolutions as to why I was being summoned to court. So Monday I called and spoke with a lawyer that was recommended to me but they were out of district and after explaining my situation all that lawyer said was get a lawyer in my area. I was so frustrated . Thank goodness I called the cook law firm . The nice person that answered the phone quickly got me connected to Michelle cook who patiently listened to my story and was able to give me feedback and options of the next steps I needed to take. She took the confusion out of the legal jargon and paperwork. She explained everything in simple terms so that I new what to do next. She was professional and courteous. Lone star The customer service skills of their secretaries and stuff is horrible!! Not everyone that comes here is a murderer or child molester.. they wont lose a testicle or will get an extra wrinkle or white hair if they answer a question in a polite way or with manners.. is unbelievable how rude these people are.
