1 /5 Todd Benson: Terrible experience with Ron Miciotto. Talked to this little man on several occasions & met him in person more than once. Told me “I will take care of your son like my own”. Wow!! What a lie. He did not even show up or let us know he was going to my son’s arraignment hearing. This was my first experience with an Attorney and I was less than impressed!! Maybe he was out of his league with my case, I am not sure. I do know that if you want a man of his word, Ron is not your guy!!

1 /5 Jose Antonio Llanito: Ron Michotto’s office facilitated a series of malicious legal actions rooted in unfounded allegations. These filings caused serious harm to my reputation, disrupted my business, and brought unnecessary emotional distress to a child who should never have been involved. The case was ultimately dismissed, and a forensic interview conducted as part of the investigation revealed no evidence to support the claims. Still, the damage—personally and professionally—had already been done. What’s especially concerning is the apparent misuse of privileged information. A member of my family met with Mr. Michotto for a consultation and disclosed sensitive legal details. Although he declined representation, that information later appeared to inform filings made against us. This raises serious ethical concerns regarding confidentiality and conflict of interest. I respectfully reached out to Mr. Michotto and asked for an explanation. That request was ignored. Regardless of the time that has passed, accountability matters. Trust given to a legal professional should never be weaponized. I hope this review encourages a higher standard of care and ethics moving forward—for the sake of others who place their trust in that office.
