1 /5 Tracie Davis: I originally hired Micah a few years ago for child support and custody. We went through all the motions, got the HOC recommendation. And I waited for it to go through the child support agency. Waited for a year. Nothing. I had to re-hire him for contempt on the child support. His excuse was I was supposed to take the HOC paper to the agency. So I hired him AGAIN under the impression it was my fault. So the second time.. We went through the motions and got another HOC recommendation. I took it straight to the agency. A year later we are in child support court and opposing council was able to throw out both HOC orders due to Micah not including the state fancy in the paperwork. So I paid him twice for him to take advantage of me. When I called his agency they wanted me to pay for another consult and all over again.
