He knows the ins and outs of the system better than anyone else -- and when it comes to negotiating settlements, hes a champ. Star, the legal assistant, kept me apprised of any and all updates throughout the entire process. Her communication is wonderful. Seth Smiley runs a tight ship. I told them how much I hoped for -- and my settlement was TWICE that number. I didnt enjoy getting hit by a car. I DID enjoy working with Smiley Injury Law -- might as well get some lemonade out of the lemons life throws at you!
