Tanya Marie Blues Check Cashing advertises that this agency cashes checks, however, when I called to ask if they would cash my student loan refund check, I was told they "Are not taking new customers at this time." If you advertise that you are in the business of cashing checks, that is what you are supposed to do. I feel like Blues Check Cashing is falsely advertising their alleged services. The man I spoke with was polite enough and said it would not ordinarily be a problem to cash a check for the amount I had, but he had more than he could presently handle. I have no idea what that even means, and all he said was, "it is what it is." Extremely unprofessional and should not advertise to cash checks if he will not do what he advertises to do!!! Teirsen Archon Mrs. Archangel was so professional, and patient with me. I did not have to wait long for the process to begin. I also love that I did not have to wonder when I would receive anything. The company sends out a text the week of, letting you know the exact date. I would definitely recommend Doucet Financial to friends and families. I have not met everyone, but I can say that typically how a person act in a business is a direct reflection of the leader, and what they are allowed to do. This makes me think that everyone in the company is working in excellence, and that their is a high standard!
