She worked with our schedule and our budget, explained things to us in terms we understood, and made the process completely pleasant and painless for us. I cannot thank her enough for helping us get this crossed off our list. We are parents and having a plan in place should anything happen to us gives us such peace of mind.

1 /5 Carolyn Monroe: Rude! Went here in horrible weather to get a letter notarized . The lady stood in the door as if we werent allowed in note there were several waiting seats available. I was told shes with a client to come back in 10 minutes. I just found it rude that we werent allowed to wait in the waiting area and had to talk to someone while they were holding the door so we couldnt walk in.
