They covered the basics of my claim first then explained more in detail so that I had a clear understanding of what was ahead. With that said, there were no open promises except that they would present my case and do their best. I received phone calls and emails regularly in the begining during the initial phase of document collection and other requirements. After that, I received periodic email updates. From time to time I would call for an update. Mr. Berniard and his staff always gave me their full attention. In the end, they achieved a win for me.
