1 /5 Ingrid barnes: This agency is very racist they don’t communicate with their customer and the tone is horrible I had a bad experience I made a payment one day their system post it the next day and my insurance lapse also my insurance started 4 something ent up to 6 something go figure insurance not that high you pay for the agency they can go to hell and them ask where the other race in their office

1 /5 Jean Thibodeaux: I had a minor accident and my rates just about tripled for 3 years before they dropped them down back to somewhat normal. After hurricane when I returned home I inspected the damage to my house and called the agency and got the voice mail. I left a message for them to give me a call because I have questions and to this day which is Dec.10 2021 i have yet to get a return call from the agency. With that said I will be getting insurance elsewhere. Thanks for taking my money and not being there to even answer my questions.

1 /5 Melissa Percle: Had a roof claim from Hail Damage, claim denied cost me a roof, was told my roof was 30 years on my 12 year old house that was why the claim was denied. Now costing me thousands of more dollars, camper damaged for Hurricane Ida, told a camper can not take on water during a Hurricane, thousand of more dollars. I am done with them. So glad a switched my homeowners prior to the storm. They are no help once you have a large claim.
