1 /5 Brandon Crume: As a REALTOR who works with numerous local banks I can honestly say Jonesboro State Bank and Mr. Chuck Allen are not worthy of your business. I would not recommend them to anyone, Mr. Allen was rude and unwilling to assist before he even knew why I was calling. At the request of my client I called the bank to get on update on the transaction and ask for necessary documentation be sent to OUR client. Mr. Allen refused the request even though my name and brokerage is listed on the purchase agreement that was emailed by me to him, nothing confidential was requested over the phone, and I requested that he send everything to his client, the buyer.
