1 /5 genesis: Terrible customer service. i bought a ring from them and i expected it to be sterling silver because thats what they portray their jewelry to be. i wore the ring for a about a week and it had already made my finger green and the ring didnt even look silver anymore. they charged me over $30 for some overpriced jewelry that isnt even sterling silver. i ended up confronting them about it to see if i can get a replacement or get my money back and i came with my receipt from the day i bought it and the lady at the store was yelling at me lying and saying it wasnt her jewelry and blaming it on the other jewelry stand that was next to them. i then proceed to show her the receipt and tell her i vividly remember buying it from their stand and she proceeds to yell at me saying im lying when she was literally screaming and pretending it wasnt hers so she wouldnt get in trouble. she threatened to call security on me just because i told her she was wrong and that her customer service was terrible. once i threatened to talk to corporate of the mall is when she calmed down because she knows she was in the wrong. the lady who works at the stand is very disrespectful and has terrible customer service and they treated me so bad for standing up to myself that i would never even spend my money on anything they have to offer. the jewelry stand called “sterling silver” next to them is way better and has great customer service and they actually sell sterling silver. i recommend not even wasting your money on their over priced cheap fake jewelry.
