5 /5 William Seeber: Jerri Smitko recently handled a case for me and I can’t say enough good things about her law firm. Her staff is wonderful and know what their doing. They really don’t go to court until all the ducks are in a row. They had some big shot attorney from Lafayette and she ran circles around him. Five witnesses were called against me, she used their own words against them and tore their story apart. (That’s not all she tore) If your case means a lot to you, I would give them a call

1 /5 Amanda Guillot: 1 star is way to much The son Maxwell took payment in full to represent my husband. He went to court once and never heard from him again. He talks a good talk but he just takes your money and do nothing for you and disappears no phone calls or court dates just vanish. He takes your money and leaves you hanging with no attorney.

1 /5 Katherine: They do not care about you or your case. Their staff is rude, liars and unprofessional. The second they receive your money they will suddenly treat you horribly. Beware of the lawyer Max Smitko he will not do anything for your case, will never answer his phone or messages, and is very unprofessional and rude. He was late to the first court date and the court had to wait on him and even call his office because he was so late. His client was so confused as to what was going on and what he was being asked because in 4 months the lawyer kept lying that he would go visit him and NEVER DID. We went three months calling his office and phone leaving messages to try to contact him and try to get an appointment with him but he would never call back. 2 weeks before our second court date he claimed that we said that we no longer needed his services when it was untrue because we had not been able to speak to him in 3 months. He dropped the case without letting us know or returning our money. He was than too big of a coward to come talk to us in person when we went to his office and he just hid there. He also missed important court dates that we were unaware of. We then found out that he has scammed many other people and has done the same thing and refuses to return your money. Don’t waste your time or money here because you will regret it.

5 /5 Sara Lombard: Jerri and Jodi have been my saving grace over the last 2.5 years. Jerri is a beast in the court room and knows what she is talking about. She does not sugar coat or mislead you. Jerri is honest and will not milk you for what you do or dont have. Jerris rate is what is because she does her best. Also as far as staff goes, Jodi has done a great jump listening to me, guiding me and supporting me. She is an angel. This lawfirm has good people, real people and you get what you pay for. They handled our custody case, it was a very long process but after years and going going back to court over and over again, we won! She is a beast in court, and we never felt uneasy... couldn’t thank her enough for what she has done for my family!
