5 /5 Richard Hebert: It has been my experience that you DO NOT always get what you pay for, but you ALWAYS PAY for what you get! With that in mind, Allstates premiums may not be the lowest, but their service has ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST! When Ive needed them, BOTH ALLSTATE and the LENOX AGENCY have always been there for me. Jeff and his staff has consistently given me TOP NOTCH service -- courteously, efficiently, and professionally. When Ive needed to file a claim (and I HAVE DONE SO SEVERAL TIMES) I have always been happy with the claim settlement. When my vehicle was not drivable, Allstate came to me, or arranged for my vehicle to be towed to them. The settlement was always fair, and FAST! The same goes for my house insurance. Claims there did involve depreciation (its a mobile home), but were sufficient to help me repair the damages to my satisfaction. No one is perfect, but Allstates service has been CONSISTENTLY GREAT!
