2 /5 Patricia Parker: The agents here should inform a customer about certain thing before taking their payments. Paid my whole premium for the 6 mths only to receive an email the next day telling me my insurance increased I was taken from one plan to another one. ...I was penalized for paying early! Had I been informed if I paid earlier over phone verses letting it hit my account I would not have paid earlier in order to still receive my discounts.
