5 /5 Kayla Nash: My preappointment confirmation call, she didnt know the address to give me, as Id never been before and didnt know the location. One thing after another, trying to find the place, I ended up a few minutes late to my appointment time, along with my daughter for hers. This was no problem for them at all. We still got called to the back and to the practitioner quickly. Ms.Nicole was very informative, open with us, quick to add my son in as a new patient for our next visit without a referral. She listened to our concerns, our issues, gave us referrals for counseling, and a backup option in case we didnt like the first. She was polite with incredible warmth. Between the 3 of us in her office, we laid a lot on her in a matter of minutes and she managed it all smoothly and quickly, keeping up with everything we said and didnt verbally relay. She managed to make us all feel seen and heard at the same time. I feel that we may actually have a much better experience from now on with our mental health team.

5 /5 Alexander Watson: Great experience. Staff here will go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you! I have irrational fear of needles. Most Drs. get frustrated when I refuse any bloodwork and want to be done with me. DR MONTOYA adapted to what kind of treatment I was personal comfortable with... even if it wasnt the most convenient way for them to treat me. So knowing I wasnt going to go to urgent care to get an IV, the doc gave my spouse a hand written recipe for hydration. In my experience, this is very good care in comparison to what one might receive at many of the surrounding doctors in the area... especially if they take medicaid!

5 /5 Angie Weir: I was very impressed with the entirety of my experience. I’m new to the area and have some severe issues with my health. Everyone from reception to pharmacy as well as nurses and phlebotomy were so amazing and kind. Dr. Montoya really listened and took the time to help elevate my worries. She made sure my issues were addressed and made plans for future care. Would recommend this office and staff to anyone in need of care.

She actively listens and collaborates with her patients to provide the best care possible that also makes sense for their lifestyle. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a doctor.
