5 /5 Isabella Carter: What impressed me the most about this hotel was the genuine care shown by the staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, and they anticipated needs before I even had to ask. The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The facilities were modern, and everything functioned flawlessly. I especially enjoyed how quiet and serene the environment was, making it easy to rest and recharge. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of quality, hospitality, and comfort, but this hotel delivered it effortlessly. I would rate this place five stars without hesitation and will absolutely stay here again in the future.

5 /5 Carolyn Munoz: Absolutely love Horseshoe Casino in Lake Charles!! The hotel rooms are luxurious and we had a wonderful view of the lake. Checking in is super easy, there is plenty of parking and as soon as you enter the casino turn left for the hotel. We ordered food from Brews Brothers restaurant. The portions are extremely large that two people can eat from one ordered item. They had karaoke night at one of our visits and a live band at another visit.

5 /5 dx d: Spent the night coming from San Antonio going to New Orleans. Ate at Gordan Ramsay’s at the casino. Room was very nice. Had all the expected amenities and was clean. Be comfortable. Private toilet then shared sink/shower. Cost was good. Felt safe in the room, restaurants, casino and parking lot. Staff was friendly.

2 /5 Faezan Odhwani: Theres a lot to say about this place. Being a Caesars property, I was expecting better, much better. Rooms were nice, but tons of spots on the walls, and doors just looked half done. Showers took about 25 minutes to get warm. Barely enough staff there to keep up with the little bit of customers there. Valet is also the bellman, which is surprising because they definitely had enough customers to count for the extra help. Casino floor was nice and big and bright. Gordon Ramsey restaurant was amazing. I feel like if they had enough staff there and the rooms were completed, this place would be a serious competitor to the others!

3 /5 Lauri B: 9/10/2025: I hate to say this, but it is a sad little casino. I had not visited since it was redone. It used to be Isle of Capri (Isle of Debris as a funny). We went to eat at Gordon Ramsay Steak and decided to pull a couple slots on our way out. I lost $80 in a matter of 10 minutes. Thats not what makes it sad. Thats what makes it a casino, so no issues there. Its just sad because no one was there (on a Wednesday night), they dont have the regular fun slots, and it seemed to reek of sadness and despair. I just got that feeling, so maybe it was just me. We Ubered there from LAuberge, so obviously we had to Uber back. It was 10:30 pm and it took two Uber, tries finally obtaining one. Then it took that one Uber 33 minutes to get to us. That was no fun. Not the casinos fault at all. Just letting everyone know what to expect if you choose to bounce between the two casinos.
