1 /5 SNorrisArts Sherri Norris: Ive dealt with this finance companies for yrs, always on time, always paid them off. I recently paid off the acct, I called to get the payoff balance & was quoted the amt, 5 days later I go in to pay them off only for them to quote me an additional 68$, which hurt me financially due to me being on a fixed income. When I questioned them they couldnt explain to me the additional charges, when they finally called me back an hour later, their excuse was the extra charges were insurances on this & that. Now these charges were added when I opened the acct.They ripped me off plain & simple. I will not ever do business with this crooked, thieving finance company ever again. Beware, question every charge they try to force on you such as insurance for this & that.

1 /5 Amanda Robinson: SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Borrowed money went back within a week to pay the loan off and they still want to charge 1000.00 in fees. They do not want you to pay it off and be in their web. If payday loans have to be capped by the District Attorney this place does also. I absolutely will report this to the D Attorney’s office and senate. This place is just legalized crooks and robbers!

1 /5 jeanne lucas: Couldn’t vote a 0! Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Walked into this office for the 1st time only to experience staff yelling across the building about a customers PERSONAL information and why they were denied a loan. Under NO circumstances should this ever happen!!! How embarrassing for that customer. What a crappy company, never walking in that business again! Some major customer training needs to happen...immediately!
