3 /5 Corrine Beeck: Customer service greatly varies day to day and by who it is you are dealing with. I feel there is no consistency but they tend to want to help. Minus 1 or 2 I have dealt with in the past that if I had to speak to again I would likely lose my mind. Great if you need a quick loan of a small amount but I wouldnt recommend a long term relationship specifically.

5 /5 Allan Rosen: Miss BJ is always nice and kind to me. She and the manager helped me when I was unable to make my payment. They gave me a loan when others said "no". Thank You, Allan R.

1 /5 Mel Thibodeaux: Im not even a customer nor was I ever. Have gotten 2 calls first Oct 9th and then Oct 10th. Getting text from them saying I have an account today. I have had the same thing happen 2 years previously and it wasnt me. So I call tell the story then a manager comes gets my phone number and informs me that its my number on the account. I tell her to remove it and she says no. I let her know it was harassing and I will see it as harassing from this point on. She didnt like that trying to over talk me then hung up on me. I called her back informed her of the two phone calls because she says they never called me. I told her Id like her name I was going to contact someone who was corporate level. She refused I got upset because this is my personal phone number for the past 4 years and its linked to all my personal business. Then my mouth got a bit ugly. Maybe this corporate office should be trained their managers at a higher standard.

My husbands health declined rapidly and we were lat, they call and lead horribly rude messages on my husbands phone and threaten us every time we come in to make any type of payment! These as supposed to be Godly women and they treat people so disrespectfully. So sad
